Refund policy

At SBS Boot, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
A proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please email us at sbsboot@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
